Pricing
You must have an approved account and be logged in to browse our catalog and view product prices. Prices are displayed on each product page, and minimum quantities are shown during checkout.
Payment Methods
Bank Transfer: Bank details will be provided in your order confirmation email within 1–2 business days.
Credit Card: We accept Stripe and PayPal. Payment links will be included in your order confirmation email.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for Japanese stores only.

Delivery Time

Returns and Cancellations
Customer-initiated returns: Due to the nature of body jewelry and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. Please verify your order carefully before purchase.
Company-initiated returns: If you receive incorrect, damaged, or defective items, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for free replacement or exchange. Return shipping costs will be covered by us in such cases.
